Penarth Youth Action members were asked to get feedback from young people on how ‘Section 106’ funding could be used to enhance the arts facilities in the library as well as the local Penarth area. PYA members used the opportunity to speak with young people at recent recruitment visits in November and December. PYA members attended Penarth Library Teen Night, Sea Cadets and a local Scout group. The report highlights the opinions and ideas of young people and what they think could be improved around Penarth in relation to arts and culture. The report was submitted at the end of last year.
