Penarth Town Council is at the grassroots level of local government in Wales. It is the second largest Town Council in the Vale of Glamorgan, providing services, putting on events and managing venues and spaces within the town.
Our duties are defined as:
- To provide for and respond to local needs
- To advocate for community interests
- To organise and promote community events
Other duties within Penarth, such as waste and recycling, parking concerns or housing, fall under the remit of the Vale of Glamorgan Council.
