Minutes are the written record of Penarth Town Council meetings. Whilst not a transcript of proceedings, they typically describe the attendees, events and decisions within a Committee.
Minutes are signed and approved as a true representation of the meeting in question at the following Committee meeting and are released to the public once this has occurred. The Council also creates draft notes from each meeting, which are abridged minutes noting the key actions from the meeting. These are published shortly after each Council meeting.
