On Friday 18th May some members of Penarth Youth Action attended the Penarth Town Council Annual General Meeting (AGM) at West House in Penarth. We had the opportunity to meet and congratulate the new Penarth Town Mayor, Councillor Jon Luxton and learn more about the charities he will be supporting throughout the year.
At the AGM we also had the chance to thank Councillor Ellie Evans and Councillor Angela Thomas who have been our link Councillors for the last year, 2017-18. The link Councillors for 2018-19 have been confirmed as Cllr Ellie Evans and Councillor Laura Rochefort and we are looking forward to working them.
