It is with deep regret that we have to announce the cancellation of tomorrow’s Penarth Summer Festival and Downhill Derby, scheduled for Saturday, July 15, 2023.
Due to the anticipated high winds and adverse conditions expected along the Penarth Esplanade, we are no longer in a position to deliver the event as planned.
Ensuring the safety of our participants and attendees is our primary concern.
