Placemaking is a process intended to inspire people to collectively reimagine and reinvent public spaces as the heart of every community. The Vale of Glamorgan Council’s Creative Communities Team are leading on this process to make sure that as many residents of Penarth as possible have the chance to share their views about what it’s like to live in Penarth and their ideas about what changes could be made to make Penarth a sustainable town for the future.
