Penarth Town Council is seeking quotes regarding a new entraceway to the Paget Rooms. This will entail:
- Isolating and removing existing lighting and electrics from interior walls.
- Cutting out new doorway entrance from shop into Paget Rooms.
- Supplying and fitting new fire door and frame.
- Making good walls and plaster.
- Supplying and fitting new architrave.
- Removal of all spoil on completion.
