Penarth Town Council is seeking quotes regarding ceiling repairs within the Paget Rooms. This will entail:
- Applying protective boards to cover theatre floor below effected area.
- Removing existing Perspex protective covers from curved ceiling.
- Scaffolding out effected area.
- Removal of all loose and damaged plaster and inspect condition of timber lathes.
- Replacement of damaged and loose timber lathes.
- Bonding ceiling with lime render to match existing.
- Fully decorating curved area of ceiling along the length of theatre.
- Removall of all spoil on completion.
