Penarth Town Council is seeking quotes regarding balcony rendering within the Paget Rooms. This will entail:
- Supplying and fitting corner and stop beads to exposed stone/brick work.
- Applying scratch coat with water proofing agent.
- Applying topcoat render with water proofing agent.
- Applying topcoat plaster to rendered areas.
- Decorating freshly plastered area on completion.
- Removal of all spoil on completion
