On Tuesday evening, Town Mayor Cllr. Mike Cuddy, presented awards to Leisure Gardeners in Penarth.
Each year, Penarth Town Council, recognises the hard work of allotment cultivation on its three sites, Harbour View, Paget Terrace and Windsor Road, as well as Cogan and Sully Terrace. Award-winners are presented with a trophy and a gardening voucher to help them with their plans for the year ahead.
The Town Council wishes to extend its congratulations to all the winners.
