Penarth’s Town Mayor, Councillor Ken Lloyd holds his Civic Service this Sunday 24th in All Saints Church and extends the invitation to all townspeople who wish to join the service. The service begins at 3.30pm.

The Town Mayor will be accompanied by his Consort Miss Georgia Bennett and the service will be conducted by Canon Peter Cox.

Attendees are invited to join the Town Mayor at a reception at the Paget Rooms following the service. This year, the Mayor has chosen as his nominated charities, Cancer Research UK and Royal National Institute for Blind People in Wales.

Town Clerk, Emma Boylan said “We are delighted to welcome townspeople and distinguished guests to recognise the Town Mayor. The Civic Service is a traditional fixture of the civic calendar, during a year of significant new initiatives and developments for Penarth Town Council.”
