It is the Commissioner’s responsibility to set the annual police budget and council tax precept in South Wales. Before a decision on the budget needs to be made in January 2025, the Commissioner wants to ensure residents in South Wales can have their say on how much they are prepared to pay towards local policing via their council tax. The survey is open until Monday 30th December 2024.
