Penarth Town Council is inviting interested local business to quote for works to renovate and upgrade the office accommodation and facilities at West House. The renovation of the ground floor annexe space and associated facilities (ground and upper floor kitchenettes, ground floor toilets) will widen community access to the Town Council’s main location in West House through the creation of a flexible office/meeting room space available for hire. This will provide a valuable facility for community groups and for local community-focussed businesses.
