To deliver a strategic approach to the provision of toilets across Wales, the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017 requires local authorities to publish a local toilets strategy for its area. (This includes the Vale of Glamorgan).
The strategy is to be built around the principles of co-operation, with the Vale of Glamorgan Council required to engage with a range of potential providers and users of the toilet facilities in the area.
