Access Guide
Please note no tickets are required. These are free public events!
The event takes place in the public realm along Penarth Esplanade and Cliff Hill. This is hardstanding. A road closure is in place to allow access to the road.
The Esplanade presents a number of dropped kerbs and crossing points allowing access to pavements. Please be aware that there are a number of kerbs on site, and that the event is adjacent to the beach railings.
The event is largely open air, with a number of undercover marquees, which allow freedom of entrance and exit.
For awareness of noise, the event features a stage and PA with live entertainment and recorded music.
There is also a Fireworks display from Penarth Pier on Saturday 13th July at 10.15pm.

However, stewards can happily facilitate access to disabled and pushchair viewing areas.
The event has unrestricted access and exit and is generally open air. Should any member of the public require a quiet area, stewards will be happy to assist. Please notify a steward immediately should you become separated from your child or believe that a child may be lost.
