At Penarth Poppy Appeal we are always looking for volunteers to help on one of our four Poppy stands. As well as the iconic caravan on Windsor Road, we also have stands at Tesco, at the Mariner, Morrisons and Asda at the Bay Retail Park.
You do not need to have any attachment to the Military to Volunteer, but just a couple of hours of your time can help us out so much. We especially need volunteers at any of the shop stands. The money we raise is a lifeline for thousands of serving and ex serving personnel and their families.
The Poppy has been a symbol of Remembrance for over 100 years, and a symbol of a peaceful future.
