Penarth has made the list of Britain’s most upmarket seaside towns (that don’t get depressing in winter) by The Telegraph.

The guide published in yesterday’s Telegraph features 20 of Britain’s top seaside towns using data from Savilles estate agency.  The article lists heightened demand for home working, rising property prices and a thriving scene all year round as reasons why Penarth would suit everyone from sporty families and  high-end buyers to bleak geeks hunting for melancholy solace on a blustery beach.  The write-up specifically recommends The Turner House for art exhibitions and Lavernock Point for walks along the coastal paths.
