It is with great sadness that Penarth Town Council marks the death of His Royal Highness, The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Our thoughts and prayers are with Her Majesty the Queen and the Royal Family at this time.
All flags at West House are being flown at half-mast until the day after the funeral scheduled for Saturday 17th April 2021 at 3pm at Windsor Castle.
