Low Pay? Don’t Pay! is a whirlwind comedy from Italian Nobel Prize-winner Dario Fo that promises plenty of laughter with a cheeky dose of politics.
It all kicks off when a group of fed-up women stage a supermarket revolt, refusing to pay sky-high prices and marching out with armfuls of “free” groceries. From there, the chaos only grows as they try to keep their secret stash hidden from their husbands – and the law!
Packed with slapstick mishaps, quick-fire gags, and larger than life characters, this is a joyful farce that keeps the laughs coming whilst also shining a light on the struggles of ordinary families.
