Calon Hearts and the Penarth Town Mayor are pleased to announce one of the first events as Mayor of Penarth’s Charity of the Year – a community heart screening event taking place in Penarth.

📍 West House, Stanwell Road, Penarth
Delivered by Calon Hearts, the screening day will offer:
❤️ Free heart screening for young people aged 15½–26
❤️ Subsidised heart screening for adults aged 27 and over
Every screening has the potential to identify a previously undiagnosed heart condition and provide people with the opportunity to access further investigation and support before a serious incident occurs.
The event forms part of Calon Hearts’ new Screen Early. Save Lives. campaign and reflects a shared commitment to raising awareness of heart health, improving access to screening and helping prevent sudden cardiac deaths.
Heart conditions do not always come with obvious warning signs and can affect people of any age, including those who appear fit and healthy. That’s why early screening matters.
