PYA help out at Music in the Park

PYA members attended Penarth’s Music in the Park event in Belle Vue Park to volunteer alongside the Friends of Belle Vue.

We helped to put up all of the signs and flags around the park, set up the gazebo’s, tables and chairs and we helped to bring in the musical instruments and refreshments for the Pavillion Café.

Once the event started we split up into two teams to help sell programmes at the entrance gates. We helped to raise almost £300 for the Friends of Belle Vue!

It was a great day, the weather was really good and we had a lot of fun! We hope to carry on working with the Friends of Belle Vue  in future events!
