West House is the administrative home of Penarth Town Council, acting as the primary office for Council Officers and hosting all public Council meetings and Committees.
The Mayor’s Parlour on the ground floor has a capacity of 35, making it suitable for intimate weddings ceremonies. Also situated in West House is the newly renovated Garden Suite room which is perfect for small wedding receptions or a meeting space.
