Penarth Town Council is saddened to hear of the death of former Councillor Maureen Kelly Owen.
Maureen Kelly Owen first served on Penarth Town Council in 1974, and in 2008-2009 served as Penarth Town Mayor. She enjoyed a distinguished career, both professionally and in the community.
The Town Council passes its condolences to her family and friends.
