In light of this, and recent government guidance, Penarth Town Council’s West House office is closed. However, office-based staff will continue to work from home to ensure that core operational services can continue. The ongoing situation and latest official guidance have resulted in inevitable changes to our operations. The Town Council is making best efforts to ensure public service and safety. Penarth Cemetery opening hours will not change.
The Paget Rooms and Turner House are also closed.
I have made a booking with Penarth Town Council to hire one of your venues – how will I be affected?
We will be getting in touch with all bookings up until 6th April 2020 with a view to postponing or cancelling all activities at our sites.
If you decide to postpone your event, your deposit and any monies paid will transfer to the new booking.
If you decide to cancel your event, we will issue a full refund accordingly.
We will continue our calendar of bookings on a two-weekly basis in this manner.
