This year’s Summer Festival in Penarth will be held from 7th to 17th July.
Events organised by the community will take place around the town and the festival will conclude with Carnival Day on Saturday 16th July, starting at 12pm.
Last year’s 50th Anniversary was the biggest and best festival yet, and so organisers are introducing new zones, new family activities as well as celebrating Penarth traditions with the Carnival Parade, the Downhill Derby and water displays.
