Due to strong gusts of nearly 80mph (129kph) and heavy rain, Duty Officers at Penarth Town Council have had to close the cemetery gates early this evening for public safety. (25.08.2020)
Please be aware that the opening on the 26th may also be delayed to allow staff to clear any debris which may fall overnight.
