Vacancy: Gallery Invigilator, The Turner House
Are you passionate about contemporary art, customer service, and cultural experiences? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at The Turner House as our Gallery Invigilator.
As The Turner House Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Turner House Gallery during open hours, preserving the security of our valuable art pieces, and providing exceptional service for visitors.
Reporting to the Principal Officer, Services Development and working closely with the rest of the team, post holders will carry out a range of duties to maintain an excellent visitor experience.
- Title: The Turner House Invigilator
- Reporting to: Principal Officer, Services Development / Town Clerk’s Office
- Salary: SCP 12 – 15 – £24,496 – £25,878 FTE (£19,861.62 – £20,982.16 pro rata) [pay award pending]
- Working hours: 30 hours per week – mainly worked 9–5pm Thursday – Sunday
- Annual Leave entitlement: 21 days pro rata (26 days FTE)
