Each one of our hirers signs up to Conditions of Hire that are put in place to safeguard and protect our buildings, and the town, for continued use and enjoyment by the people of Penarth.
The Town Council is aware of a lack of formalised sites in which to display promotional materials, but we cannot condone fly-posting whether by hirers of our buildings or by outside parties.
