In 2016 Penarth Civic Society set up the Penarth Tree Forum with the aim of working with the Vale of Glamorgan Council to ensure this happens. They are happy to announce the Vale of Glamorgan Council have now produced a draft Tree Strategy and last year a qualified Tree Officer was appointed.
The new post holder, is delighted to work with the volunteers in the Tree Forum going forward. And are therefore pleased to announce that Phil will be speaking to a meeting of Penarth Civic Society on Thursday 20th June at 7pm at St Augustine’s Parish Hall.
