All bookings should be submitted using the online form below. Before you do, please make sure you have read our terms and conditions and checked the fees and charges for the venue you are looking to hire.

Please note that a booking is not secured until a completed booking form has been received and then reviewed by the team, once your booking has been confirmed by a member of the team, a deposit (50% of the total cost of the hire) is required to secure the booking.
